HSONG's LED linear lights are structurally waterproof, avoiding the use of excessive glue and saving costs and production time. The waterproof rating reaches IP66, making it resistant to heavy rain. The housing is made of high-quality 6063 aviation-grade stretched aluminum, which is sturdy and durable, providing excellent heat dissipation and delaying aging. The appearance is simple and atmospheric, with an outdoor oxidation grade and regular UV protection, effectively preventing corrosion and aging. If the liner light is applied by the seaside, professional surface coated can be applied, and salty testing can be conducted with reports provided. The glass is made of fully tempered 4T patterned glass, and if a brighter effect is desired, transparent glass can be chosen. If a less dazzling light is preferred, patterned glass can be selected for a more fashionable and aesthetic look.
The wire used for the lights is a 2*0.75mm waterproof and cold-resistant rubber wire, with male and female connectors for quick insertion and resistance to extreme weather conditions, withstanding temperatures from -30 degrees to 50 degrees Celsius. HSONG's LED linear lights use OSRAM chips, but can also use PHILIPS or CREE chips. Brand chips guarantee quality, provide more uniform light color, and have a longer lifespan. They can be customized and offer options for single color or DMX control RGB/RGBW.
